Fergus Hodgson is the founder and executive editor of Antigua Report. He is a consultant to many publications in the Americas, a columnist with the Epoch Times, and a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association. Previously, he was founding editor in chief of the PanAm Post and director of fiscal policy studies with the John Locke Foundation.
He studied economics at Boston University, political science at the University of Waikato, and Cuban history at the University of Miami, and he holds the Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) at the B2 level. Based in Guatemala City, he is a citizen of Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand, and he has also lived in Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, and the United States.
